Users can perform as buyers, sellers, or become R-star account holders. Users can create an account with primary and secondary mail. There are four sub-categories of primary mail ID. The type of main category is chosen and determined by the subcategories. The radius can extend up to 10,000 kilometers. Secondary Mail ID confirms whether the user wishes to open an R-star account and, if so, receives referral codes.

When a match is found, the seller sends and receives the buyer's email request. The seller can initiate the engagement by paying a small fee . Payment methods (Stripe, Paypal, Wallet): Once the buyer initiates the engagement, the product cost and timeline are determined.Sellers can receive multiple quotes from buyers. Sellers can then choose and re-engage the appropriate ones. If no re-engagement occurs, the giveaway products' days are automatically removed.
Users can search the categories of products/services, rentals, broker/ agents, and skill sets.

- Broker/Agents- Brokers who buy and sell from one place to another. Example: Like a middleman.
- Skillsets- Buyers can search according to the skillsets.
- Exact Category: The buyer may enter their preferred name, but only one main and one subcategory may be searched within the request.
- Exact needs and filters- Buyers can give a detailed description of their exact needs and filters for what they need, how many sellers can approach them, and how many days the products/services need to be shown on the website. If they want to add the attachment, they can do so; however, if the seller wants to check the downloads, they must pay $5.

The user can be an R-star account holder. The R-star user has the referral code; a third user (who is not using this FirstpageIt platform) can use the referral code to enter the platform. Whenever the referred person makes the payment, some referral bonus goes to the R-star account holder.
Personal Details
Accounts can be verified by paying $99 (payment via Stripe, Paypal, or FP wallet). After the payment, if the user edits and updates the profile, the user needs to verify the account again by paying $99

Dashboard
The user dashboard displays the number of requests received and closed by the buyer.
